2. Services Offered

Scalemindz Digital provides:

  • Ads Management (Meta, Google, etc.)

  • Branding & Creative Services

  • Website Development (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)

  • Video Marketing & Content Creation

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

By working with Scalemindz Digital, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information required for service delivery

  • Respond promptly to communication for ongoing projects

  • Provide necessary access (accounts, website, hosting, ad manager, etc.)

  • Make timely payments as per plan/quotation

  • Follow all platform policies (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)

Delays in providing information/access may extend the project timeline.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

  • Advertisements (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) budgets are borne by the client.

  • Service fees paid to Scalemindz Digital are non-refundable once work has started.

  • Late payments may result in delay or suspension of services.

  • Prices may change over time, but existing clients will be notified beforehand.

5. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimated and depend on:

  • Client’s response time

  • Content approval

  • Access provided

  • Scope changes

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party tools, hosting issues, ad account restrictions, or platform-related challenges.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, creatives, and strategies provided by Scalemindz Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, the final deliverables become the property of the client (unless stated otherwise).

  • Scalemindz Digital may use completed designs/projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing.

7. Advertising Policies & Results

  • Scalemindz Digital follows standard industry practices, but we do not guarantee specific results, such as:

    • Number of leads

    • Sales

    • Revenue

    • Rankings

    • Engagement

Ad performance depends on multiple factors such as audience, competition, market demand, product quality, and budget.

We are not responsible for:

  • Account bans/restrictions on Meta, Google, or any ad platform

  • Changes in algorithms or platform policies

8. Website & Hosting

If the client provides their own hosting or domain:

  • We are not responsible for hosting downtime, technical issues, or domain/SSL expiration.

  • Additional charges may apply for fixing issues caused by third-party hosting.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep shared information confidential.
We will not disclose client data unless required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Scalemindz Digital is not liable for:

  • Losses due to ad spend

  • Website downtime

  • Third-party tool failures

  • Platform bans or policy changes

  • Loss of revenue, business, or data

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service involved.

11. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • The client violates terms

  • Payments are not made

  • Required information is not provided

  • Misuse or abusive behavior occurs

  • Illegal or prohibited activities are detected

The client can also terminate services by notifying us in writing. Work completed until the date of termination must be paid for in full.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu.
