No physical shipping
No courier involvement
No shipping charges
Delivery Method
Digital products are delivered via:
Instant download link on the order confirmation page
Email containing download/access link
Customer dashboard access
Google Drive link or secured cloud access (if applicable)
Delivery Time
Instant Delivery (0–10 minutes) for standard digital items
Up to 24 hours for personalized or custom digital products
If you haven’t received the digital product:
Check spam/junk folder
Verify email entered during checkout

3. Shipping & Delivery for Physical Products
Shipping Process
Once an order is placed:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
You will receive an email confirmation once the product is shipped

We use trusted courier/logistics services such as:

India Post
Other certified delivery partners based on your location
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout based on:
Product weight
Delivery location
Courier partner rates
Some orders may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly mentioned.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
Within Tamil Nadu: 2–5 business days
South India: 3–7 business days
Rest of India: 5–10 business days
International Orders (if enabled): 10–21 business days
Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:

Festivals and holidays
Incorrect address
Remote locations
Scalemindz Digital is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
4. Order Tracking
Once your physical product is shipped:
A tracking number will be emailed to you
You can track the order through the courier’s website
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
If the customer enters an incorrect address:
We are not responsible for the lost package
Re-shipping charges will apply
No refund will be provided for failed deliveries due to incorrect details
6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Products
If your physical product arrives damaged or incorrect:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide unboxing video + photos for verification
Replacement will be arranged in eligible cases
We do not provide refunds for:
Products damaged after delivery
Improper handling by customer
Minor external packing damage (when product inside is intact)
7. International Shipping (Optional Section)
If you plan to ship internationally, add this.
If not, tell me — I’ll remove it.
International orders may be subject to:
